Nape, please explain use of K50m DSIP funds

THE road network in Jeffery Nape`s electorate of Sinasina Yongomugl is very bad. In the last 10 years there is no physical indicators of the K50 million District Support Grant (DSIP) component provided by the government. All roads in the three LLG are so bad that all marketable commodities are carried like donkeys for up to five (5) hours to the Highlands highway where they get transport assistance if they are lucky.
The road has been neglected as a result of mismanagement of funds and their inability to think logically and understand the hardship our people has gone through. Could the Speaker of parliament explain where all the K50 million has gone to in the last five years. Do not take the Office of Rural Development for a guided tour which end up with a hand shake at the end. What has ORD done about the investigations they have conducted in the electorate on numerous occasions in the past?
