Southern Highlands disaster report completed



Preliminary assessments into the natural disaster in Southern Highlands have been completed and a report is ready to be presented to the National Disaster Office and other relevant agencies today.
Provincial Disaster Officer Martin Pat confirmed from Mendi that land and ariel surveys were carried out in the last few days and he’s satisfied with what’s been accomplished so far.
He said the pressing issue at hand is to build a temporary access for the people of Kagua Erave who are cut off.
