South Australian Kyle Dodd was at the forefront of a demonstration on how a traditional marriage exchange works in the Enga Province. In this picture by Alexander Rheeney she leads the women in a race to the groom’s family at the Pacific Adventist University’s independence celebrations recently. Ms Dodd is a long-time friend of Bianca Tommbe (first from right), a 4th year accounting and computing student at the PAU and did not hesitate putting on the traditional Engan regalia to celebrate independence when invited.
