Oro Governor Gary Juffa has labeled the National Disaster Centre as non-existent and the National disaster policy as a failure and needs to be overhauled.
Governor Juffa said the organization has failed country miserably as natural disasters hit.
Torrential rains have wreaked havoc in several provinces with many people displaced due to major flooding’s.
