UniTech VC reveals Council’s illegal attempts to fire him





The Vice Chancellor of Lae’s University of Technology, Dr. Albert Schram, has spoken out after months of criticism revealing how the University Council didn’t follow proper procedure in attempts to fire him.
It’s understood some council members held meeting in November without a quorum and while a restraining order was in effect.
Over the past 10 months, Dr. Schram has been trying to implement a series of government endorsed recommendations among better them accountability and a reduction in the number university council members.
