Somare disappointed on being excluded in Royal Visit Program

Founding father of the Nation and Governor of East Sepik Province Sir Michael Somare has expressed disappointment for not being included in the Royal visit program.
He says his province has been denied the privilege of hosting the Prince of Wales, when he presents the Royal Colours.
He revealed on the floor of parliament Col Walter Enuma of the PNGDFand his men stationed themselves outside his Wewak residence to gain access to the colours.
Enuma told Sir Michael’s staff he was given orders from the office of the Prime Minister to obtain the colours.
Sir Michael Somare was instrumental in restoring the Royal colours after they were burnt by Rogue soldiers at Moem Barracks some years ago.
